I love gray, gloomy surf days almost as much as I love old and old-ish martial arts movies (Drunken Master(s), Enter the Dragon, Fist of Fury, Romeo Must Die, Black Dynamite).  This painting is a combination my favorite vibe and the pain associated with the glory of charging waves or any aspect of life. Sweet success is a right-hand peeler.
